If the outside temperature is not 68 degrees, the pool will not be open.
Association Fees: Due the first of each month
Late Fee: $35 will be assessed if your check is received after the 15th of the month

Plowing and shoveling begins when 3.0” of snow has accumulated over 50% of the asphalt surfaces.
